FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Our Year 11 Food Science and Technology students learned about the importance of staple foods in a very practical way, getting their hands dirty in the process. They planted seed potatoes in May and harvested them this week. They were surprised and delighted at how many potatoes they grew. They can’t wait to turn them into a delicious dish!
