ROSSY STUDENTS TAKE THE CAKE

Over 30 Year 11 General Food Science and Technology students recently completed a “Bake Off” assessment task. Students were required to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in baking and were entered into various categories at the Canning Show. The students put their best baking up to be judged by professional chefs and came away with some outstanding results; eight 1st places, eight silver places and six bronze.
