COMMUNITY PLANNERS IN THE MAKING

A group of 40 enthusiastic Year 7s from our co-curricular extension class have been working tirelessly on an improvement project for the City of Canning over the last 12 weeks. Their brief was to identify an issue in the local outdoor spaces and use the Design Thinking Process to develop a solution. The culmination of their hard work was an expo, at which they pitched their ideas to parents, teachers, and representatives from the City of Canning and SCSA. We saw some amazingly innovative ideas and very professional presentations – great work, Year 7s!
