ROSSY STUDENTS EXCEL AT APSMO

Students in the Rossmoyne Year 7 and Year 8 Mathematics Honours program recently competed in the Australasian Problem-Solving Mathematical Olympiad (APSMO) against over 100,000 students. The APSMO is a prestigious competition that aims to promote and improve maths problem-solving skills, encourage creativity and collaboration in problem-solving and stimulate enthusiasm and enjoyment of mathematics.
We are incredibly proud to announce that three of our students achieved in the top 10% of the competition and were awarded trophies and pins: Sophia L (Year 7), Ethan W (Year 7), and Sethuli J (Year 8). Additionally, 18 students also achieved results in the top 25%.
Congratulations to all of our students for their outstanding achievements in the APSMO! Their hard work and dedication are truly inspiring.
