2018 Valedictory

Sunday 21 October 2018, 5:00pm The Year 12 Valedictory is a formal event involving the acknowledgment of outstanding student achievements, speeches by dignitaries and performances by our talented Performing Arts students. Dressed in academic regalia and valedictorian sash, each student will cross the dais and be recognised for their commitment to secondary schooling. Thank you for 60 Years of Education

With the end of the term we say goodbye to an inspirational leader Mr Bill Hann. Mr Hann’s teaching career began 60 years ago at Boulder High School where he taught General Science, English and Physical Education. During his impressive career as an educator, Mr Hann also held roles such as Superintendent of English and Executive Director of the Association of Independent Schools. Students reap rewards from Kitchen Garden’s first crop

As part of the 2015 Mental Health Week, Rossmoyne Senior High School students took part in planting a Kitchen Garden on the school grounds. The the students saw the fruits of their labour when the Year 7s harvested the first crop of tomatoes recently. The Year 10s will now cook with this beautifully home grown fruit as part of their Fabulous Food course.

Minister for Education educates Rossmoyne students

Last week Mr Hood’s Year 12 Politics and Law class were privileged to have a lesson with the Honourable Peter Collier Minister for Education; Aboriginal Affairs and Electoral Affairs. A Celebration of Excellence

Yesterday's assembly marked a significant day at Rossmoyne Senior High School as the school and its students were acknowledged for their continued success. The event was particularly significant for two reasons; to celebrate the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) Award winners and to receive the Excellence in Public Education Certificate from Sharyn O’Neill, Director General of the Department of Education.
