NATIONAL HISTORY CHALLENGE

Rossmoyne was represented in the National History Challenge. The National History Challenge is Australia’s premier history competition empowering students to explore the past, develop research skills, and present innovative projects on themes shaping our world. This year the theme was Conflict and Resolution. Huge congratulations to Shuen C, Year 11, who won the Gold Historian award in for her submission in the special category Democracy Matters as the State Winner! Shuen’s brilliant essay covered the relevant topic: The Democratic Dilemma: Media Polarisation, Conflict and the Challenge of Resolution in Australia.
