Our Year 10 Drawing and Design students took part in an exciting annual event: a two-hour walking tour that highlighted various examples of both new and old street art in the city.
For the past four years, we have partnered with a local business, Two Feet and a Heartbeat, to explore the history and stories behind the street art and significant art installations in Perth. Our tour guide, Beth, was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured we navigated the bustling streets and laneways of our city safely.
This ongoing community partnership offers a highly enjoyable excursion, allowing students to engage with various capabilities from all four pillars, including communication, ethical and cultural understanding, adaptability, and critical and creative thinking.
