BUSH FOODS

Ms Beemster’s Year 12 Food Science and Technology General students explored the flavours and cultural significance of bush foods as part of NAIDOC Week celebrations. Through hands-on cooking experiences, they developed their cultural and ethical understanding capabilities, recognising the value of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge and traditions. A delicious way to connect with Country and culture!
