Department of Education (DOE) schools, like Rossmoyne Senior High School, have been using a School Information System (SIS) that is long past its used by date. As part of the replacement process (Project Kaartdijin), all DOE schools are transitioning to a new platform called COMPASS Education.

Since Term4 2025, Rossmoyne has moved across to COMPASS. Consequently, SEQTA is no longer being used, and the previous Absentee SMS Line is no longer operational.

Parents and carers will need to start using the COMPASS portal (https://rossmoyneshs-wa.compass.education/) to view school reports, chronicle entries, information about their child and submit notices of absence.

Alternatively, there is an APP called Compass School Manager available on both Android and iOS that parents can use.
