BUDDING BIOLOGISTS

Our Year 7 Biological Science students are learning about food webs and ecosystems. Dissecting an Owl Pellet (bones, fur and feathers it can’t digest) to see what animals it hunts and creating food webs to show the producers & consumers in the Owls habitat. Students identified the different bones using a skeletal chart of rodents, shrews and birds.
