EISTEDDFOD ACCOLADES

Congratulations to Samuel L (Year 12), who received two first place prizes on clarinet in the Fremantle Eisteddfod and the recent WA Music Teachers Recital & Concerto competition. On top of that, Samuel also took out the first prize on piano in the Licentiate Diploma division. Samuel also was awarded the “Overall Best Performer” trophy out of all competitors in the entire competition at the winners’ concert. Our saxophone ensemble also clinched the third spot. The Eisteddfod is one of Perth’s most comprehensive music competitions, running for over 40 years.
