IN YOUR HEAD

The Year 7 and Year 10 councillors recently went on an excursion to the Perth Convention Centre. They took part in the 7th annual ‘In Your Head’ conference, organised by Zero2Hero, a group which advocates for mental health in teenagers across WA. Throughout the day they got to listen to various motivational speakers, industry specialists and advocates for mental and physical health. Different breakout sessions took place ranging from sports and healthy diet to sound healing and coping with stress.
