VALEDICTORY 2026

The Year 12 Valedictory formally recognises the commitment made by our students to complete their secondary schooling. It is a momentous occasion where we celebrate and farewell the Class of 2026.

Time: 6.00pm – 9.30pm
Event Duration: 220 mins.
Venue: Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are on sale from 9am Wednesday 14 September at 9am via Ticketek. A link to the on sale tickets will be available here closer to the date.
Tickets will be available right up to the event via Ticketek. There is also a Box Office at PCEC for any last-minute ticket purchases or queries.
All Year 12 students attending will have a seat reserved for them, and do not need to purchase a ticket for the event.
Students are expected to maintain their good standing or their right to attend the Valedictory will be rescinded.
Family and friends are encouraged to attend. Tickets cost $50 each and will be available via Ticketek from 9am Wednesday 14 September. Booking fees do apply. There is a maximum of 4 tickets per family. Any remaining tickets will be available for sale from Monday 4 October with no restrictions on number of tickets purchased.

What do students wear?
Students are expected to dress in a clean, neat and pressed school uniform with black school shoes (no heels). Students are to wear good quality tailored plain navy trousers (as per the dress code). Should the school skirt be worn it is highly recommended students wear black tights as the stage is elevated. Jumpers are not to be worn into the auditorium. Each student will be issued with an academic gown on the night, which will be worn for the Valedictory and collected at the end of the evening. Students are requested to leave their personal belongings with their guests.
How do students RSVP?
Students will receive their Valedictory invitation via email on Monday 17 August. Students will be required to RSVP, along with their preferred name for publication and height for gown sizing on a link provided in the email.
Valedictory Rehearsal
There will be a Valedictory rehearsal on Wednesday 21 October that all students must attend.
What time do students arrive?
Students can begin to arrive at PCEC from 2.00pm to collect their gown and must assemble in the Graduand VIP Lounge by 5.00pm at the latest.
Where do students collect their gowns?
Students are able to collect their gowns from the Gown Collection Station from 2.00pm.
At the conclusion of the Valedictory all gowns must be returned to the Gown Return Station before leaving PCEC.
I’m a parent or guest, what time do I need to arrive?
Parents and guests can begin to arrive from 2.00pm to join their child for family photography which commences at 2.30pm. Parents are encouraged to arrive by 5pm. Please ensure you bring your PCEC ticket to gain entry into the auditorium. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
Where do I park?
Ticketed parking is available at PCEC.
How do I arrange professional photography?
Bliss Studio will be in attendance at the Valedictory to capture all the moments of this important milestone.
Bliss Studio will be available prior to the ceremony from 2.30pm to 5.00pm for family and individual portraits.
During the ceremony all proceedings on stage will be photographed – certificate presentations, awards, performances and speakers.
No appointments are necessary.
